- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆CIBC in service has really gone down since switching from Private Bank. Tried to get a currency exchange (which I understand is not their main business) but they were very unhelpful and had no idea what they were doing. Until the manager came did the teller understand you can change the amount of usd in the order. Also took 5 minutes to answer simple questions like “what is the fee” and even then I was printed out a page with nothing to do with a fee. To be fair the teller I worked with has been there for many years so not CIBC’s fault. Very frustrated with the whole process and will never exchange money here again.By Emma Nockels, April 27, 2017
